You can request deletion of your Navya English School app account and associated personal data for students enrolled in Playgroup, Nursery, JR KG, and SR KG. This page explains the process and what happens to your data.
Delete via the mobile app
- Open the Navya English School app and sign in
- Go to Profile → Legal & Privacy → Delete Account
- Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm
- Your account will be deactivated and personal data anonymized or removed
What gets deleted
- Login credentials (email and password)
- Personal profile information (name, contact details, photo)
- Uploaded documents linked to your profile (where deletion is permitted)
- Learning progress and app preferences stored under your account
What may be retained
- Anonymized fee payment records required for accounting and tax compliance
- Aggregated attendance statistics that cannot identify you
- Any data we are legally required to retain under Indian education or tax law
