Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Navya English Medium School mobile application and related online services operated by Guru Mauli Bahuuddeshiy Sanstha.

By registering, logging in, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app is intended for enrolled students of Playgroup, Nursery, JR KG, and SR KG, their parents/guardians, school teachers, and authorized administrators of Navya English Medium School.

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Parents/guardians registering on behalf of a student confirm they have authority to provide the student's information and consent to its processing.

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized persons
• Access or attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to harass others
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Misuse student data if you are a staff member with administrative access

The app provides access to school records, learning content, communications, and administrative tools. Feature availability may vary by role (student, teacher, admin).

Fee information displayed in the app is for reference. Offline payments (cash, cheque, bank transfer) are processed by the school office unless otherwise stated.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You retain ownership of documents and content you upload. By uploading, you grant the school a license to store, display, and process that content for educational and administrative purposes.

Teachers and administrators may upload gallery images and announcements visible to authorized users.

The app, its design, learning games, and school branding are owned by or licensed to the school. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

The app is provided "as is" for school community use. We strive for accuracy of records but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Official academic decisions and fee matters are governed by school policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the school and its trustees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app settings or our account deletion page.

The school may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for administrative reasons (e.g., student withdrawal).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
